CSC Term General Meeting - Michaelmas 2025

The annual CSC Michaelmas Term General Meeting will take place at 6 p.m. on Thursday the 25th of September in Room 3074, Arts Building. It is important to note that the membership of the CSC is made up of the Treasurers of all the fully-recognised Sodalities and Associations and the members of the Executive: this is the group of people who are counted towards quorum and hold any vote at meetings of the CSC, in accordance with the CSC Constitution. Basically, your society treasurer should show up at the TGM/AGM etc. of the CSC.

‍I am a treasurer and I cannot attend the TGM due to other commitments‍

If you as the Treasurer of a fully Recognised Sodality or Association cannot make the meeting, then you may proxy your vote to another member of your committee by completing and emailing the proxy form to secretary@csc.tcd.ie no later than 24 hours in advance of the meeting.

Any other society officer or member of College is very welcome to attend the CSC TGM, though only Treasurers (or their proxies) and members of the Executive may vote.
