The Pirate Party is a technology-oriented political society. We advocate for an internet free from the control of monopolies and from corporate and governmental surveillance. We encourage the use of Free-and-Open-Source Software technologies and run events to help students make the change. We also teach beginner-level ethical hacking and run regular Capture the Flag events where members can complete hacking challenges and compete for prizes
